ScrapAWHile needs HELP......

Facebook has alot to answer for i say....

All the smaller scrapping sites are closing their forums down...NOT GOOD!! It is just not the same without forums...they are very personal and a great way to keep in touch...

Activity on the forum has just about come to a stand still and we need to get more people active on here or unfortunately it will need to close. The Design Team has tried their very best to offer exciting challenges, swaps and interesting chat but unless people participate it really is pointless.

I would like to say a BIG thank you to those who have tried to keep things going and have entered in the swaps and challenges, I really appreciate your efforts.

KIU Tryout and more

Well our regions over the past few days has been hit with some really bad weather causing flash flooding. Hubby helped with the SES yesterday to help evacuate residents around our region and sand bag houses.....here are some pics that i have taken to show the extent of the floods...











And i have applied for a CT position at KIU .I love this site ....there are alot of talented and compassionate scrappers on the CT who get your mojo flowing every month!!! So fingers crossed xxxx

A Busy Time....

Well it is that time of the year...

# Been to Swimming Carnival in Wagga- both girls doing really well in all their races.

# And all the School activities- presentaion night, super student day, class parties, Learn to Swim Classes and for me the finish of Fundraising Officer for the P&C for 2010....

Kraft It Up December Challenge

Well i just fell in love with this challenge for this month.....hence why i got stuck into the layout early....i even took this photo with a fun photo shoot that i made the girls do last night...yes...last night...i then printed off the photo and got stuck into my layout.....

Opportunity to say a BIG THANKYOU......

Well the 1st of December is here and another year coming to a close....

I would like to take the opportunity to thank a couple of people whom i have been on DT's for lately....

Firstly Ness....

i have enjoyed my time at Scrap with V...every month i would stalk the mail man to see what kit i got for the new month...my 2 years have enabled me to meet many new scrapping friends but we all must move on to allow the new and talented scrappers out there in this large scrapping world.

Secondly Amanda....

Out of the Hat was truely a challenge...it is exactly how it sounds...a mix of this and that which was truely wonderful and made you think each month...i loved my short time here with Amanda and the girls and i hope you all pop in and say hello.

Thirdly Liz...

This is a great sketch site which i have been lucky to have taken part as a DT member for the last year(i loved it that much i asked Liz if i could stay on!!!!!)Liz does some amazing sketches which can be interrupted in many ways..lov'em...you should all go check out this talented chickie's sketches here at The Scrappiest
