Kayley had her 11th birthday sleepover on the weekend and all went well.....i decided to give the girls a scrap album to make and keep for themselves...good choice cause they spent most of the time working on it...
Here are some happy pics from the party....and the cake i made which Kayley picked out from our family cake book.....

We also received some nice news about Kayley from school....
She wrote a poem for her cogs unit which reads:
Tumut River
T he Tumut River flowing on its bed
U nder the shade of the big river red
M eandering down past the farm shed
U p the cattle look from the green grass
T urning away as the river flows past
R oads and bridges cross nearby
I nterconnecting with creeks it flows by
V ery popular throughout Summer but not in July
E veryone fishing or swimming up and down the river
R elaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather
By Kayley Symons
Kayleys poem has been picked and to be published in a state wide book based within the Murray/Darling Catchment... a big achievement...and will be going up in the Hall of Fame at School like Emma did last year for her Artwork...
