Well I'm hoping normality will set into our household now.
Em has finally had her op at RPA. It was very successful and I am so happy to say that she is not in any pain anymore. What a relief....and to finally NOT have shares in the local chemist!! LOL
We also got bad news upon leaving the hospital with em that my dad was rushed by ambulance to the hospital. After spending time in the high dependency ward for a couple of days, he is home but waiting to have further tests on his heart. Fingers crossed nothing will go wrong in the meantime.
So a catch up I'm about to do finally.
First is...
STUCK
Wow...I had a lot of fun with this sketch.
I decided to use some bubble wrap and paint and mist with water to form the drip marks down my page. Quiet happy with how it turned out.
Did you spot the Purple Pumpkin embellishments on my layout...
Here are some close ups...
Please link up your layouts here by February 26th (sorry it is a short month) to be in the running for one of our prizes! All prizes will be drawn randomly using Random.org to pick a number.
When linking your layouts, please make sure it is linked to the specific post your layout is in, not your blog as a whole as it can be hard later in the month to find your layout, especially if you blog often. You can also link from any gallery including Facebook and Flickr.
Feel free to combine this sketch challenge with no more than one other non-sketch challenge, such as a colour challenge.
SHOW US YOUR STUFF
This month is a ‘Love’ quote, and of course we would like to see a handmade item on your page (can be handmade by somebody else!)!
The quote…
Here is my entry..
