COLOUR: PASTEL

TECHNIQUE: use WIRE
Sounded very interesting and challenging to me as i love bright colours...
So off i went to search through my stash for pastel colours. I knew i had the perfect photo - one of my niece on her Christening Day which would suit the criteria...
So what do you think????
I have used lots of Purple Pumpkin goodies on my layout - spotty buttons and crochet dolieys being my ALL time fav!
